The Programmes Officer plays a pivotal role in strengthening engagement with Prospera’s member funds and ensuring effective programme delivery across two regions. This role combines strategic coordination, political and operational management, and collaborative learning to deepen cross-regional connections and collective action within the network.
Working closely with Regional Focal Points and the Programmes Manager, the Programmes Officer will help deliver pooled initiatives, convenings, and learning spaces while amplifying members’ voices and advancing Prospera’s feminist mission. The role requires someone who can think politically, act collaboratively, and hold both strategy and delivery with care and accountability.
